As we get to the halfway point of the season, we want to ensure you have the cookie varieties you need (and less of the ones you don't).
Starting Wednesday, March 12, all Council On-Demand cupboards will accept full, bakery-sealed case exchanges during regular hours. Troops using Regional Cupboards should check with their manager for exchange options. Troops must exchange for an equal or greater number of cookies. Here’s the details:
Troops must exchange for an equal or greater number of cookies. For example, if you wish to exchange 3 cases of Adventurefuls for other varieties, you must pick up at least 3 cases. Full case exchanges are preferred.
Cases must be full, bakery-sealed and will be inspected by cupboard staff. Cases that smell of smoke, pets, appear to be glued, or otherwise not sellable will be refused.
Cases will be resealed and marked with an inspection sticker by cupboard staff (see photo below)
Your patience is appreciated as cupboard staff work to inspect and exchange cookie orders
Gluten-free Caramel Chocolate Chip are not eligible to be exchanged.
If the variety you wish to receive is out of stock, be prepared to substitute for another variety that is in stock.
The troop contact in Smart Cookies will receive an email when cookies have been transferred to your troop. You will not receive an email when cases are transferred from the troop to the Cookie Cupboard. Review your Transfer Order Summary Report or Troop Balance Summary Report to view those transfers for accuracy.
