Girl Scouts River Valleys' camp locations offer a wide variety of facilities for rent during the camp off-season. Options include troop houses, dining halls, dorms, three and four season cabins and yurts. Place reservations up to 12 months before your event date. Renters must follow all Girl Scouts River Valleys Property and Facility Use Policies including the Cancellations & Refunds Policy. To make changes to an existing reservation please contact us.
No rental reservations are available at Camp Elk River, Camp Lakamaga, Camp Northwoods and Camp Singing Hills during June, July, and August when Girl Scouts River Valleys camp programs utilize all areas of this camp. Only Edith Mayo and Sagata Troop House are available for reservations during these months.

Rental Options for Girl Scout Events
Girl Scout members can reserve camp facilities for Girl Scout-related events, meetings, campouts or activities by completing the Girl Scout Event Rental Inquiry Form or create an ActiveNet account to book your own space directly in our online reservation system. Check out overnight rental options.
Rent 2-Hour Troop or Community/Area Meeting Space for Free
Brooklyn Center Service Center’s Solie Conference Room (sides A and B): This space can fit up to 50 people when dividing wall is open, 25 each side with wall closed. WiFi, tables, chairs, white board, access to small catering kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and sink.
Mankato Service Center’s Conference Space: This space can fit up to 20 people and includes tables, chairs and a white board.
Saint Paul Service Center’s Anokii Conference Room: This space can fit up to 25 people. If additional space is needed contact staff about availability of adjoining rooms 205 A, B, C. Tables, chairs, white board, access to kitchen (seats 12) with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen is part of your Anokii rental and should be used when projects may be messy.
Camp Edith Mayo’s Troop Lounge (Rochester): This space can fit 40-60 people at classroom tables and chairs and more using the lounge area near the fireplace and the three-season porch. It has a full kitchen, fireplace, access to trails and more.
Sagata Troop House (Bayport): This space can fit 48 people at tables and chairs. It has a full kitchen, large open room, fireplace, and outdoor fire pit and picnic tables in yard. There is also a city park nearby.
We rent our camp facilities for
non-Girl Scout events or activities like a reunion, wedding, or family

Note: Wedding rentals have dedicated pricing, require a
two-day minimum, and are available only during Memorial Day and
Labor Day holiday weekends.

A 20% deposit is due at the time of reservation. The full balance is due 60 days prior to your reservation date.

Camp Edith Mayo
Camp Edith Mayo, located three miles west of Rochester, Minnesota, is the perfect place to experience “camp in the city.” This forty-acre property features the Edith Mayo Program Center, an archery range, outdoor program spaces and a Girl Scout shop where you can purchase uniforms and more. Camp Edith Mayo allows campers to connect to nature and friends while having engaging, dynamic, and magical outdoor experiences.
The Program Center at Edith Mayo has both an upper and lower level available for rental, is equipped with WiFi and is fully ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessible. Amenities:
The Program Center upper level includes the "Olmsted Room" and a lovely, large seasonal deck. The "Olmsted Room" is a multipurpose space equipped with an indoor fireplace, bathroom, and self-serve audio/visual (AV) equipment including projector, speakers, microphone, podium, TV projector, and conference phone. The seasonal deck is shaded and has tables, chairs, umbrellas, and benches.
The Program Center lower level is accessible by stairs or elevator and includes bathrooms, showers, a kitchen and the "Troop Lounge," which is a classroom space with tables, chairs, TV, lounge area and indoor fireplace.
The Historic Lodge building is seasonal and rustic. It is equipped with tables, benches and an indoor fireplace.
There are three outdoor units nestled into the woods of the property. Each unit includes an open sided shelter, picnic table(s), fire pit, and cleared tenting area. The units share access to a double stalled composting toilet building.
Equipment: Outdoor cooking equipment, cross country skis, snow shoes, sports equipment are available.
Activity Areas: Music in the woods, art in the woods, bouldering wall, gaga pit, playfield, archery, campfire area, trails, and nature exploration.
Rental Options: Program Center upper and lower levels. The Historic Lodge and outdoor units are rented seasonally. Spaces can be rented individually or in combination. If you are only renting one level of the Program Center, you may be sharing the building with another group.
Camp Elk River
Camp Elk River, located 30 miles northwest of the Twin Cities in Zimmerman, Minnesota, offers modern facilities in a spectacular outdoor setting. The Gray Koch building is great for holding a larger event with a dorm wing, dining hall, and four program rooms. The Timbermeade, Popp, and Pickering troop houses are excellent choices for a troop overnight, each equipped with a kitchen, indoor bathrooms, and a large meeting area/sleeping space. Built in 2018, the Whispering Prairie area includes modern program center, covered barn and riding ring, two duplex cabins (Pinto and Morgan) with shared screened porch. In 2020, a 2.1 mile mountain bike trail and skills course were built for program events. This is a great location for any age group. Learn more about Camp Elk River and special driving directions.

Camp Lakamaga
Camp Lakamaga, located 30 miles northeast of the Twin Cities near the town of Marine on St. Croix, offers a great mix of modern and rustic facilities in a beautiful wooded setting, available for rental during the off-season. Choose from troop house/program center style buildings, small modern four season cabins, three season cabins and yurts, and a large dining hall. Some spaces include indoor kitchens and bathrooms, while others will offer your campers a chance to practice their outdoor cooking skills and use an outdoor latrine. There is also a shower house with year-round indoor bathrooms.
Overnight Capacity for Entire Camp: 303 during the spring/summer; 221 during the fall/winter
Amenities: Dining hall with commercial kitchen, troop house, three and four-season cabins and yurts, art studio, historic lodge, program center, tenting units, shower house.

Camp Northwoods
Camp Northwoods, located in Wisconsin 55 miles southeast of Duluth, is a bit of a drive but well worth it! Northwoods offers comfortable options in a remote, rustic setting. Overnight options include heated troop houses with kitchens, indoor bathrooms, and bunk beds, as well as three season cabins, and yurts where campers will practice their outdoor cooking skills and use an outdoor latrine.

Camp Singing Hills
Camp Singing Hills, located near the town of Waterville in southern Minnesota, is a small, rustic camp with plenty of charm! Singing Hills is nestled next to a small, clean lake, which is home to loons and other Minnesota wildlife.
Options for overnights are modern cabins, canvas platform tents, three season tent-cabins, and a small program center. Singing Hills’ dining hall is a great space for a larger group to prepare meals and do activities—note that the building is seasonal and only available for rental during the months of May and September.
Overnight Capacity for Entire Camp: 170 during the spring/summer; 114 during the fall/winter
Amenities: Dining hall with commercial kitchen (seasonal), cabins, program center, tent cabins, shower house (seasonal), yurts (seasonal), and Green Cathedral open air amphitheater.

Sagata Troop House
Sagata Troop House, located in a city park on the St. Croix River in Bayport, Minnesota, available year-round exclusively to Girl Scout troops, is a comfortable cabin and can be a great introduction to sleeping bags, dunk bags, sit-upons, and more. Sagata is available for 2-hour free Girl Scout troop or community/area meetings during the school year.
An adjacent small city park includes a playground, and swimming beach on the St Croix River (provide your own lifeguard), or visit nearby Stillwater for historic tours and other fun. Sagata is a great space for a younger troop to spend the night, or for any age troop to spend a weekend working on a badge or Journey.
Amenities: Kitchen, bathrooms (no showers), outdoor fire circle, picnic tables, indoor fireplace
Equipment: Softball and kickball equipment, compasses, and magnifying glasses
Rental Options: Only one group may rent Sagata at a time.
