Cookie Swap Instructions
The Girl Scouts River Valleys Cookie Program returns February 20-March 29, 2026.
The Cookie Swap is a way to connect with other cookie volunteers to exchange cookies. We use Cookie Swap Rallies in Rallyhood to facilitate these transfers. Volunteers can make and browse posts split into two categories: 1) people who have surplus cookies they want to transfer to other troops, and 2) people who are looking to receive more cookies from other troops.
We have nine total rallies, which are based on our council’s geography. Click on a link below to join a Rally. Volunteers are welcome to join any or all Cookie Swap Rallies.
Central Regional
Hutchinson, New Ulm, New Prague, Mankato, Blue Earth, surrounding areas
East Metro
Cities in the northeast metro, which could include cities east of 35W and north of 94: Saint Paul, Roseville, Maplewood, Hudson, Forest Lake, etc.
North Metro
Forest Lake (NE 12), Anoka (NE 2), Monticello (North 12), Maple Grove (North 11), and the surrounding area
North-Northwest Regional
Canby (NW 1), Marshall (NW 2), Redwood Falls (NW 3), and the surrounding area), Olivia, Buffalo Lake, Hector
South Metro
Cities east of 35W and south of 94: Saint Paul, Woodbury, Hastings, Farmington, etc.
Southeast Regional
Red Wing (SE 9), Rochester (SE 7), Austin (SE 1), Owatonna (SE 8) and the surrounding area
Southwest Regional
Pipestone (SW 1), Worthington (SW 2) Windom (SW 3), etc.
West Metro
Cities west of 35W and north of 394: Minneapolis, Brooklyn Center, Golden Valley, Blaine, Champlin, etc.
Wisconsin Regional
Wisconsin (Areas Wisconsin 1-7)
Please be advised that this Rally is not monitored regularly by Girl Scouts River Valleys staff. To maintain an organized and clutter-free environment, hosts over 2-3 weeks old may be removed by staff.
