2023 Journey to Panama

Participant Selection Timeline

August 1, 2022

All 2023-2024 Destinations will be posted on Girl Scouts of the USA’s Destinations website and open for applications.

October 15, 2022

It is recommended that Girl Scouts have their applications complete so that their references can complete their section by the November 1 official priority deadline.

November 1, 2022

Girl Scout deadline to complete her application and references in the online system. Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis after this date.

December 1, 2022

Destinations hosts will notify Early Round applicants of their status. All notices will be sent out by this date.

December 15, 2022

All Early Round applicants’ deposits are due to the event hosts.

January 31, 2022

Priority deadline to submit scholarship applications to Girl Scouts River Valleys. Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis after this date until funds are depleted.

February 15, 2022

Scholarship award notifications will be sent out to all priority applicants.
