Girl Scouts love to travel—from the field trips they take as
Brownies to the global adventures they go on as teens. Where can you
go? Places like China, Costa Rica, Switzerland, Patagonia, Peru,
Scotland, Germany, Mexico, and more! You can even plan trips with your troop!
How far will your Girl Scout experience take you? That’s up to you!
If you are a girl or troop who loves adventure, making new friends,
and exploring other countries and cultures, our 2021 STEM
Discovery: London opportunity is just for you! Join Girl Scouts
River Valleys as we experience the city like a local while
simultaneously exploring the role of science and technology in British
culture. One moment you’ll marvel at the masterful mechanics of
Stonehenge, and the next you’ll be taking in a famous West End
Musical. From strolling Abbey Road to sleuthing alongside British
forensics experts, you’ll be able to experience the best of two unique
sides of London. Get ready to travel #likeagirlscout! View
trip details and enroll today!
Getaways are Girl Scouts of the USA sponsored and planned troop
trips that last two to four days. You can experience all that our
country has to offer, whether you’re “blasting off” at Space
Camp in Alabama, taking in a Broadway show in New York
City, or visiting the birthplace of Girl Scouts’ founder, Juliette
Gordon Low, in Savannah, Georgia. Getaway today!
PLEASE NOTE: Because of continuing pandemic-related issues and our
commitment to girl safety, GSUSA has decided that Destinations will
not take place during summer 2021. Destinations will resume in 2022.
The early application period is now open for 2022 Destinations.

Complete your online
application well in advance of the deadlines. For Round 1,
complete your application by February 1, so that your
references have time to finish their section by the Round 1 deadline:
February 15. For Round 2, complete it by June 1, so
your references can finish by the Round 2 deadline: June 15.
After June 15, applications are open on a rolling basis. If you are
applying after June 15, before you apply, call or email the
Destination’s contact person for each trip to make sure there is still
space. If you have problems completing your application, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We recommend that you complete and save the Destinations
Application Worksheet first to prepare your application, and
then cut and paste the data into the online application.
