Grades 7-11: Join Girl Scouts River Valleys on a journey to JAPAN! Departing in August 2026, this 9-day tour will backtrack Japan's Golden Route, an immersive journey that includes the country's must-see cities and sights. Girl Scouts will participate in rich cultural experiences, visit historic landmarks, and view breathtaking natural beauty. From the centuries-old spirit of Kyoto to the legendary Mount Fuji to the modern metropolis of Tokyo, this adventure is a beautiful collection of the many shining gems of Japan.
During the information session, GSRV and EF Tours will cover the benefits of group travel, itinerary and requested dates, trip price, what's included, and ways to pay for the trip.
Girl Scouts who will have completed 8th grade and up at the time of travel will be eligible to register. Recent 2026 high school graduates are also eligible to register.
Registrants will receive the Zoom link before the meeting date. Registration for the trip will open at the end of the information session and spots are limited.
Scholarships up to 100% of the trip cost will be available for registrants. More information and applications will be shared with registrants when we begin meeting as a group.
