Sign-Up Event Leads
Thank you for collecting information from your event attendees! Don't worry if the forms weren't filled out completely, all fields below are listed as optional. Just include all the info you received on your sign in sheet.
There’s no need to enter any information for families who RSVPed for your event through Eventbrite. You only need to submit information for those who did not RSVP and signed-in on paper.
After hitting submit, you’ll be prompted to fill out the form for the next lead. Once you have entered all your leads, close out of the browser.
