Silver and Gold Awardees: Join us for the 2026 Highest Award Celebration at the Minneapolis Institute of Art on Saturday, May 9th, 2026!
This event is for Girl Scouts who earned their Gold or Silver Award between March 2, 2025, and March 15, 2026, and received a congratulatory letter and email. During this special occasion, Girl Scouts will receive their official pin and certificate and share their great achievement with other award recipients, friends, and family. Girl Scouts should only register and attend 1 celebration event (the other event is on May 17th, 2026, in Mankato).
All participating Girl Scouts must arrive by 11:45 am for check-in time, followed by a rehearsal. Doors will open for guests at 12:45 pm, with the ceremony lasting from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm, followed by a short reception. We will email more information regarding parking, specific location, details for the day of, etc., to all registered Girl Scout parties at least one week before the event.
Guests: Girl Scouts are encouraged to bring guests to celebrate their achievements with us. The space allows for a recommended 3 guests per awardee, but please contact GSRV if you would like to bring more guests. Troop Leaders and other Girl Scout volunteers attending without a Girl Scout from their household should plan to attend as a guest of the Girl Scout they are supporting.

Media
Permission: By registering for this event, you and your
guests hereby give permission to be photographed, interviewed, and/or
videotaped at Girl Scout activities by the Girl Scouts of Minnesota
and Wisconsin River Valleys (GSRV), any photographer contracted by
GSRV, or approved media partners. This event may also be livestreamed
or recorded. More information about this will be sent closer to the event.
