Grades 9-12: Ready to begin planning the next part of your journey. Girl Scouts River Valleys is thrilled to provide a program dedicated to supporting the well-being of high school girls and gender-expansive youth. This program focuses on critical skills needed for the transition from adolescence to adulthood, giving you the support you need to thrive in high school and beyond.
This session will focus on College Readiness and a session led
by BrandLab! Curious how brands end up all over your phone,
your clothes, and your favorite apps?
The BrandLab SPARK is your chance to explore the world of
marketing and advertising, and how it shapes not just what we buy, but
how we see the world and ourselves in it. You'll learn the basics of
how marketing influences trends, culture, and everyday decisions, then
put those ideas to work. Through a hands-on project, you'll start
building your own personal brand and see how marketing skills can help
you stand out, no matter what career you're interested in.
This program is a part of the GSLI: Girl Scout Leadership Institute
All other sessions will take place once a month from 10am-1pm at St.
Catherine's University in St. Paul, MN, on Feb 14, March 14 and Apr
