Location: St. Paul, MN

Registration Closes Apr 30

Details: They will also learn coping skills to manage their stress, anxiety, communicate clearly  and build empathy for others.  Girl Scouts will do activities to help build confidence and self-esteem, and knowing that when you are experiencing the ups and downs in life, it is perfectly normal - but asking for help when you are experiencing the ups and downs is a sign of strength not weakness. The activities they do will promote and teach healthy coping skills at an early age and learn new ways such as breathing, journaling, talking to trusted adults, or taking breaks are all coping skills girls must learn to do to help them reduce anxiety and burnout. Girls will learn tangible ways to help build confidence, and self-esteem so that they can use those skills to help them navigate through life they all will go through.
