This three-week session is the final step in the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program. Whether you chose the Program track or Waterfront track you will focus on honing your skills. You'll assist with and lead activities, work closely with counselors and have a chance to shadow specialists. Waterfront CITs will spend most of their time at the waterfront, while Program CITs will spend most of their time with campers and in the different program areas at camp. CIT IIIs will attend a two-hour virtual training in April or May to prepare for their weeks at camp.
