Meaningful work. Joyful journey.

Whether you were a Girl Scout as a kid, a troop leader, or this big world of Girl Scouts (it’s a global movement!) is new to you, we think you might have found us because you are as excited as we are to champion our mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

All staff support the mission—and in a myriad of ways. We have staff running camps; developing curriculum and hosting girl programs; fundraising and advocating as thought leaders on what girls need today; sharing the inspiring stories of Girl Scouts; supporting our volunteers (there are 9,000 of them!); managing our retail shops; maintaining our many properties; overseeing the biggest girl-run business in the world (cookies!); and working to align our business processes with cutting edge technology and strategies. And SO MUCH MORE!

Those are just a few examples of what it takes to support 28,000 girls as they discover the greatness within themselves. We’re proud to be one of the top Girl Scouts councils in the nation with a reputation for being a pioneer in volunteer management, youth development, and program innovation.
