CIT
Teens build leadership skills by working alongside counselors and supporting younger campers.
This session invites attendees to share their love of Girl Scout Camp with the younger campers while learning the skills they’ll need to become camp staff. Through Counselor-in-Training I (CIT I), participants will take on leadership roles at camp, help lead activities alongside counselors, offer input, and gain valuable leadership and career skills.
