Nominees for this award are Girl Scouts who:
Are registered members of Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys
Are in the 11th - 12th grade as of Fall 2024
Exemplify one or more Girl Scout core values: Courage, Confidence, Character, and Curiosity
