This year’s Annual Meeting is an opportunity for all members of Girl Scouts River Valleys to connect and to learn more about the priorities of our strategic plan, For Every Girl. The plan solidifies our commitment to the Girl Scout mission and defines our organization’s guiding values of equity, collaboration, transformation, joyful excellence, and centering youth and volunteers.
We are inspired by and celebrate Girl Scouts and Volunteers who Dream Big, Lead Bigger through leadership, highest awards, outdoor exploration, and so much more.
Our time together will focus on informing members of our strategic priorities, the current state of our business, and future plans. In addition, we will welcome new Board and Board Development Committee members – these are the individuals who, along with all of you, our voting members, drive the governance of this organization. This year we will also be installing our National Delegates, youth and adults who will represent GSRV on a national level for the next three years.
The 2025 Annual Meeting will include:
Stewardship reports from Girl Scouts River Valleys’ Chief Executive Officer, Board Chair, and Board Treasurer
Election of Board Officers, Directors-at-Large, members of the Board Development Committee, and National Delegates
Recognition of outgoing Board leaders
Recognition of volunteer award recipients
Voting members (National Delegates, Community Delegates, Board & Board Development Committee Members) received an email invitation with a link to the online voting packet. Included in the online voting packet is information on how to access the voting platform. Please contact us if you are a voting member and did not receive this email.
*Delegate Alternates will not receive voting information unless they have notified Girl Scouts River Valleys by email before the Annual Meeting that they will be replacing a Delegate.
