We’re happy to offer all Girl Scout River Valleys volunteers special access to discounted prices on books, fabric, craft supplies, and more at Barnes and Noble and JOANN.
About the Barnes and Noble Discount Program
All Girl Scouts River Valleys volunteers are now eligible to receive a discount on merchandise for Girl Scouts activities. What does this include?
- Discounts on books from 20-35% off
- Discounts on all other products in our stores—games, toys, art kits, puzzles, etc. The discount will depend on the items being purchased.
- Discounting and merchandising are available with Bulk Gift Card purchases, starting at 3% back with a $1000 purchase.
How to use the discount
- Discounts are applied on in-store purchases only.
- During check-out, provide the account number # 7430457 to Barnes and Noble staff.

About the JOANN Discount Program
All volunteers will have 15% off for every eligible purchase (exclusions applied) at select in-store locations and online. JOANN will give back to Girl Scouts of the USA a minimum of 2.5% of every transaction (with a minimum donation of at least $1.5 million), to unleash the power of every girl through the best and largest leadership development organization for girls in the world.
