Using Looker

Looker is an online tool that core community/area volunteers can use to access real time membership data for their community/area. Looker replaces our previous method of distributing rosters through bi-weekly emails. Now community/area volunteers can log in any time to view data on all current Girl Scout members in their area. New memberships and updates to current membership data sync overnight and will appear in Looker the following day.

Accessing Looker

All currently registered, core Community/Area volunteers have access to Looker. Looker can be used from any computer or electronic device with internet capability. The tool can be accessed at https://girlscouts.looker.com/login/email.

How Do I Set Up My Looker Account? toggle arrow

Navigate to: https://girlscouts.looker.com/login/email

1. You'll receive a Looker welcome email from noreply@lookermail.com. We recommend you add noreply@lookermail.com as a safe sender, so this email does not go to your Junk or Spam folder.

2. Click the Activate Your Account button in the welcome email.

3. Enter your name and password you would like to use for Looker.

4. Click the LOG IN button.

5. You will be prompted to set up multifactor authentication. Note: Looker contains member data, including youth records, that we must protect. Multifactor authentication helps us do this. Starting October 21, 2026, to access Looker volunteers must now have a smartphone and install an authenticator app (link to MFA Setup Guide). Looker recommends the Google Authenticator app, but any third-party authenticator app works too (like Microsoft Authenticator or Okta Verify). If you already use an authenticator app, feel free to choose that one.

6. Going forward, navigate to https://girlscouts.looker.com/login/email and enter your email and password. Click the LOG IN button and then enter the 6-digit verification code obtained via your authenticator app.

Having trouble signing in?

1. Ensure your membership is active for the current membership year and any Community and/or Area role(s) are active in MyGS.

2. Make sure you are using this link to login, or click "Alternate login page" if you don't see a place to enter credentials.

3. Check your junk/spam folder for password reset emails.

4. If you still can’t log in, then please reach out to us for help at girlscouts@girlscoutsrv.org.

Something doesn’t look right or you know information is missing from a report?

1. Try again the next day – Looker resets overnight and that usually resolves things.

2. If that doesn’t work, then reach out to us for help at girlscouts@girlscoutsrv.org.
