Thank you for collecting information from interested families at your open house! Don't worry if the forms weren't filled out completely, all fields below are listed as optional. Just include all the info you received on the paper interest form.
After hitting submit, you’ll be prompted to fill out the form for the next lead. Once you have entered all your leads, close out of the browser.
