This three-week session is the final step in the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program. Whether you choose the Riding, Program or Waterfront track you will focus on honing your skills. You'll assist with and lead activities, work closely with counselors and have a chance to shadow specialists. Riding CITs will spend most of their time at the horse barn, Waterfront CITs will spend most of their time at the waterfront, while Program CITs will spend most of their time with campers and in the different program areas at camp. Attendance at an in-person training on May 30 or May 31 to prepare for their shadow weeks at camp is required.
