This event includes 3 topics back-to-back.  More information below about viewing options.

Topics/times:

11:30am-12noon - Growth Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, and Failing Forward
Feeling stuck and looking for ways to grow? Join us for an engaging session where we explore the power of a growth mindset and emotional intelligence. Discover how these concepts can transform your approach to challenges and setbacks, fostering a resilient and forward-thinking attitude as you lead Girl Scouts.

12-12:30pm - Living Our Purpose as an Antiracist Organization
Calling all disruptors, allies and accomplices! Join us for an insightful session where we delve into the principles of antiracism and what sets antiracist organizations apart. You will gain a deeper understanding of the critical role you play in promoting equity and inclusion at Girl Scouts River Valleys. Connect to your own purpose for volunteering and leave with resources to continue your learning journey.

12:30-1pm - Getting Girl Scouts Outside
Are the Girl Scouts ready to venture outdoors, but you're not sure where to start? This practical session is focused on the progression of outdoor activities for Girl Scouts and their adults. Discover essential Outdoor Skills trainings at GSRV and set actionable goals to ensure a fun and adventurous summer for your Girl Scouts.

Viewing options: These topics are being offered on May 6, May 8 and May 9.  Register for one of these events and you can view all three topics from 11:30am-1pm.  Each date the topics will run in a different order, so if you only have 30 minutes each day, you can register for all three events and sign-on at the same time each day to view a different topic.  Register/sign-on for the days and times that fit into your lunch hour. Can't make the Lunch & Learns? Look out for in-person opportunities to engage with these offerings in Brooklyn Center and Mankato.

A Link to View the event will be sent to you the morning of the event.

Cancellations: To cancel your registration, submit the Events & Camp Cancellation Form.
