Composed of volunteer leaders from across our council, the Board brings diverse experience and perspective to ensure strong stewardship, ethical decision‑making, and long‑term impact for girls and communities.
Governance & Leadership
Board members are elected volunteers and members of Girl Scouts of the USA, including officers, directors‑at‑large, and youth members. Together, they help guide organizational priorities, uphold accountability, and advance inclusive leadership practices.
Board Development
The Board Development Committee strengthens governance by recruiting, preparing, and supporting Board members. The committee is committed to cultivating a diverse and highly qualified pool of candidates to reflect the communities we serve.
