Use this guide to create a plan for your troop’s year.

All Troops Should

  • Meet at least 10 times per year
  • Complete a Leadership Journey
  • Complete at least one activity plan from each skill-building area
    • We recommend earning Financial Education badges before the Cookie Program
  • Participate in the Cookie Program
  • Attend or hold a spring celebration event
  • Participate in at least one summer activity
