Planning Guide Pins show that girls had a well-rounded Girl Scout year. Girls earn the Planning Guide Pin if they meet the following requirements:

  • Meet at least 10 times per year
  • Complete a Leadership Journey
  • Complete at least one activity plan or badge from each skill-building area
  • We recommend earning Financial Education badges before the Cookie Program
  • Participate in the Cookie Program
  • Attend or hold an end-of-year celebration event
  • Participate in at least one summer activity

Planning Guide Pins are an official earned award and are available in River Valleys’ shops.
