GSRV Volunteers:  As a volunteer, your commitment to supporting Girl Scouts is invaluable, but it's equally important to nurture yourself. In this in-person workshop designed for GSRV Volunteers, we'll dive into practical strategies for setting compassionate boundaries that protect your time and energy, allowing you to serve with more joy and less stress. Participants will learn how to recognize burnout and develop personalized wellbeing routines that fit into busy lives, helping you stay energized and present both in and out of Girl Scout activities. Through interactive discussions and activities, you'll be equipped with the confidence to create balance and prioritize your own needs while continuing to make a positive impact on the lives of the girls you lead. Light refreshments will be provided. More information about Terri Allred can be found on her website.

  • Note:  This session is being offered twice, in St. Paul on 1/11 & in Rochester on 1/18. Please register for the session most convenient to you.
