Grades 6-12: Get ready to hit the trails! Join the Trailblazers' Club in Minneapolis to explore nature while learning hiking, survivorship, camping, and stewardship skills. You'll spend time outside with like-minded Girl Scouts and grow your self-confidence, develop leadership experience, and build life-long nature skills that encourage healthy relationships with the outdoors and with local communities. The Club experience ends with an overnight camping trip. By participating, you will earn your Trailblazers Pin!

All ability levels are welcomed. Expect to spend a lot of time hiking and moving in various types of terrain and weather conditions. Gear will be provided, but plan to bring hiking shoes or walking shoes and a water bottle.

The club will meet throughout Minneapolis at various parks and nature spaces.

Meeting dates*:

Evening meetings the first Monday of every month from 6-8pm: June 5th, July 3rd, August 7th.

Full day meetings from 10-5pm: June 17th, July 15th

Overnight camping experience: August 12th

*meeting dates subject to change due to weather conditions

Included: Trailblazer Pin, snacks, meals, outdoor equipment is provided

Adult/Youth Ratio:Youth only event, no adults are required to attend.

The deposit from your cancelled event cannot be transferred, nor refunded. To receive a refund, less the non-transferable/non-refundable deposit, we must receive your cancellation notice by the posted cancellation deadline (30 days prior to the program start date).
