Our most popular horse session, Saddle-Up attracts campers who come back every summer to this session to become even better riders. On your first full day you will be placed in a level that fits your skill set and we help you progress at your own pace. Learn more about barn safety, horse care, tack and equipment, and grooming. You will have a minimum of three hours of horse time per day, Monday through Thursday, which will include at least 1.5 hours of riding. Level 3 and 4 riders will get the chance to camp overnight with their horses on the far end of camp. Juniors will earn the Horseback Riding badge (included).  Campers will be placed into housing by age and riding groups by skill. 

For the safety of the horses, there is a 250-pound carrying limit which should be considered when registering for horse programs. Please contact us directly with any specific questions or concerns.  

Grade levels:Register at the grade your camper is CURRENTLY in for the2022/23 school year. 

Payment details: This camp session has a minimum deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the first day of the camp session.

If you are planning to request financial assistance, please pay the minimum deposit with a credit card and select Financial Aid as a payment type. After registering, visit girlscoutsrv.org/financial-assistance to submit your financial assistance application.  

If you are planning to pay using program credits, please pay the minimum deposit with a credit card and select Program Credits as a payment type. Paper Juliette Program Credits should be mailed to our St. Paul Service Center office.  To submit Electronic Program Credits, visit volunteers.girlscoutsrv.org/program-credit-redemption-form/.

The deposit from your cancelled session cannot be transferred, nor refunded. To receive a refund, less the non-transferable/non-refundable deposit, we must receive your cancellation notice by the posted cancellation deadline (30 days prior to the program start date). To cancel your registration, submit the Events & Camp Cancellation Form.
