Power Girls Day Camp Week at Camp Lakamaga (Grades 3-11) Jul 10

In this brand-new day-camp version of Power Girls, youll spend the day (Monday-Thursday) at Camp Lakamaga, designing and building your way through a variety of epic challenges! Youll work on several projects such as wiring a lightbulb, bending pipes, building a wood shelter, installing a window, and more. Do it all alongside women who work in the construction industry in this one-of-a-kind camp. No prior experience with tools is required to attend Power Girls camp. Campers will also get time to explore a camp activity or two.  

Transportation is provided from the Saint Paul Service Center and Brooklyn Center Service Center and is included in the cost of registration. Families can also drop off their camper directly at Camp Lakamaga if desired. Lunch (served in the camp dining hall) and a snack are also provided.  

Participants will earn the Power Girls patch and add-on patches for each skill. Campers will walk away with a Power Girls t-shirt and amazing swag to build their own toolkit from our sponsors. As this is a new program for us, we are offering it at a reduced price for its first year.

Grade levels: Register at the grade your camper is CURRENTLY in for the 2022/23 school year.

Payment details: This camp session has a minimum deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the first day of the camp session.

The deposit from your cancelled session cannot be transferred, nor refunded. To receive a refund, less the non-transferable/non-refundable deposit, we must receive your cancellation notice by the posted cancellation deadline (30 days prior to the program start date). To cancel your registration, submit the Events & Camp Cancellation Form.
