Troop Exploration 1-Night at Camp Singing Hills (Grades K-12) Jul 7 - Cabin

Have a two-day troop adventure at camp! Enjoy Camp Singing Hills while bonding with your troop and experiencing fun staff-led and troop-led activities.
This reservation is for one Shady Glen Cabin
Shady Glen Cabins sleep up to 16 people. Each cabin contains six bunks in the main room and two bunks in a back room with a curtain divider. The cabin is heated and has air conditioning. Bathrooms with flush toilets are just a short walk away. A shower house is also available.
Activities and Meals
Your adventure will kick off Thursday with a snack and staff-led activity which will be your choice of archery, slingshots, low ropes/teambuilding games, geocaching, canoeing, kayaking, or paddle boarding (Approx. 75 minutes per activity).
Dinner will be a campfire cookout and troops have the choice of making pudgie pie pizzas (a.k.a. campfire pizzas), mac-n-cheese, or burritos. There will also be veggies, fruit, and a dessert. You’ll also be equipped with s’mores supplies!
On Friday you’ll start with breakfast which will be your choice of bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, milk, coffee and/or tea. Then troops can participate in another staff-led activity (listed above) and get a chance to swim. Friday lunch will consist of sandwiches, carrots, fruit, chips, and cookies and milk.
Note: Troops are welcome to bring additional food items/snacks to accommodate dietary needs and troop preferences. There will be space available to store these items safely in the dining hall (including refrigerated space). Troops will also have access to microwaves to use.
Prior to arrival
Camp Singing Hills staff will send an email to the registered troop leader requesting the names and emails of all Girl Scout and adult participants that will be attending, as well as your group’s activity choices and Thursday dinner cookout selection. Groups will receive their schedule for staff-led events and swim times upon arrival.
This camp session has a minimum deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the first day of the camp session.
If you are planning to request financial assistance, please pay the minimum deposit with a credit card and select “Financial Aid” as a payment type. After registering complete the Financial Assistance Application(s).
If you are planning to pay using program credits, please pay the minimum deposit with a credit card and select “Program Credits” as a payment type. Paper credits should be mailed to our St. Paul Service Center office. Complete the Electronic Program Credit Redemption Form to submit electronic credits.

The deposit from your cancelled session cannot be transferred, nor refunded. To receive a refund, less the non-transferable/non-refundable deposit, we must receive your cancellation notice by the posted cancellation deadline (30 days prior to the program start date). To cancel your registration, submit the Events & Camp Cancellation Form.
