Programming Robots with the ERRORS
Grades 2-5: SPONSORED BY XCEL ENERGY. Discover how robots work at East Ridge High School with their robotics team, the ERRORS! Alongside your female high school mentors, you’ll explore robot sensors, try your hand at programming robots, and master an algorithm. You’ll even get to drive the ERRORS’ robot, Kyber!
This event is open to troops and individual Girl Scouts. Groups (of less than 20 people) will receive an assigned check in time between 9am-10:30am approximately 1 week before the event. Participants should expect to spend approximately 2 hours at East Ridge High School.
Included: Girl Scouts will earn the Programming Robots badge.
Girl/Adult Ratio: Adult chaperones are required to register and attend with girls. Approximately 1 adult for up to 5 girls. (More adults are welcome to register if desired)
Payment details: This event has a minimum deposit. We ask registrants who are paying for this event with a credit card to pay the full balance at check out.
