Grades 9-12: Going for the Gold in the next year? This interactive virtual workshop will get your project started in the right direction. Girls preparing for the Gold Award will learn in-depth about the requirements as well as have the opportunity to brainstorm and start drafting their proposal. Girls attending this workshop should be planning to submit their Highest Award Proposals within 6 months of taking the workshop. Troop leaders, parents, and advisors are encouraged to attend to gain supportive Highest Awards tips.

It is recommended that girls have completed your Silver Award and one Senior/Ambassador Journey - or - two Senior/Ambassador Journeys (including Take Action Project) before attending this virtual workshop.

  • Registration is open to current members of Girl Scouts River Valleys only. Click the registration button above to reserve your spot!

  • Due to the interactive nature of this program, space is limited and will fill quickly. Please register early. Registration closes July 15.
  • Please sign up for only one slot per computer being used. For example, if there is one adult and one Girl Scout participating, you only need to sign up for one slot. Multiple girls in the same household may participate under one registration, but please practice social distancing and do not participate in-person with your troop.
