*Virtual* Sweet and Savory Snacks with Ms. Bethany's School of Cooking
Registration Closes: 11/05/2020 at 11 p.m. CST
Grades 2-3: Participants will make a sweet and savory snack: corn fritters with cilantro aioli and fruit salad while learning how to identify a whole food and how to incorporate whole foods into every meal. Skills practiced will include measuring, mixing, beginner knife skills, and pan frying.
Adult assistance is required. One registration per household.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- This event is open to current members of Girl Scouts River Valleys only. Register individually or with your troop to cook together while apart.
- You do not need to have a Zoom account to join the meeting, but we do suggest downloading the Zoom app onto your device. We recommend using a computer for the best experience, but you may join on a tablet as well.
- A list of ingredients will be sent out 1 week prior to the event, participants will be responsible for obtaining ingredients. Instructions for how to join online will also be sent.
