Eating for You- REGISTRATION CLOSED
Join the nutrition experts at Way Cool Cooking school to learn to eat your way to a healthy mood, mind and body! Girls will practice setting eating habits based on balanced nutrition that will fill your bellies while supporting growth of healthy skin, nails and hair. Understand the effects that caffeine, sugar, and sleep (or lack thereof) have on your body and gain tools to design meals to keep you at your best! Girls will make a simple meal and snack filled with good-for-you ingredients.
Girl/Adult Ratio: This event has limited space for adults. Please limit adult registration and attendance to 1-2 adults per troop.
