Each new member of a Girl Scout troop brings more ideas, more perspectives, and more big dreams. Who will join your adventures this winter? A classmate or neighbor? A new co-leader or cookie manager? Whether you’re tackling your climbing adventure badge, sharing hot chocolate with friends, feeding people in your community, or participating in the largest girl-led entrepreneurial program in the world, welcoming new troop members makes the team stronger
Troop leaders who increase their troop size and complete the Grow Your Troop Entry Form before January 13, 2023 can earn $25 in troop start-up funds, or be entered into a drawing for a chance to win $250 program event credits.
Entry Guidelines
New Troops (Started on or after April 1, 2022)

New troops that started on or after April 1, 2022 can earn $25 in troop startup funds (in the form of an ACH deposit) by increasing their troop size to a minimum of ten Girl Scouts and two troop leaders by January 13, 2023.

ACH deposits should be expected in your account during the month of February.

Existing Troops (Started before April 1, 2022)

Existing troops that started before April 1, 2022 can be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win one of five $250 program event credits. Each new youth member added between November 14 and January 13 is an additional entry for the troop!

Program event credits are valid for one program event up to $250, after the troop pays the $5 deposit. It must be redeemed by September 30, 2022.
