Description
This session is designed to give you the information and tools necessary to get your troop up and running. Learn your support network, how to hold a family meeting, GSUSA’s and River Valleys’ safety procedures, managing troop bank accounts, how to register your girls, and how to implement the Girl Scout Leadership Experience: Program Essentials.

Who Should Attend: New leaders. One leader per troop must attend Fast Start Training. Other leaders are encouraged to attend.
Prerequisites: GSUSA Volunteer Orientation

Materials to Bring: None, you will receive a Welcome Kit at the session.
When to Complete: Within four months of position appointment

- Scheduled facilitated session with a Fast Start coach
