River Valleys Girl Scout Olivia Trudeau received her Gold Award and a $3,500 college scholarship for her project “Stamping out Stigma”, a program she created at her high school in Maple Grove to address the lack of understanding surrounding mental illness. Swim Team season is well underway with just a few weeks remaining. Girls are making the most of the season – some competing for the first time, achieving personal best times, cheering for and encouraging one another, and having lots of fun!
