Ski, Snowshoe and Geocache Day Camp

Explore camp on snowshoes and cross-country skis. Learn the basics of staying safe in the cold and using skis and snowshoes to get around in the snow. Travel on a short trail or have a relay with your friends. Once you get the hang of how to use your skis and snowshoes, set out to find geocaches at camp. Learn how to work the GPS and discover what a travel bug is. Warm up with a cup of hot cocoa while you make a trade item for the geocache box. Juniors will complete and receive the Geocache Badge. All others will receive a patch.
