Intro to Cadettes: Where Can Girl Scouts Take You?

If you think you’ve gone everywhere with Girl Scouts, think again! You’ve just joined, or are getting ready to join, Cadette Girl Scouting, and new opportunities have come your way. Travel to new locations—near and far, make a difference in the community with Take Action Projects, and earn the Silver Award. You can also use your skills and knowledge to lead and mentor other girls and take control of your own business as a Cookie CEO. You are invited to explore the Journeys, meet girl mentors and Silver Award recipients, and find out about the variety of options you have as an older Girl Scout. Take this challenge head on and see where Girl Scouts can take you. Award Link: This event complements the Bridge to Girl Scout Cadettes Award.

There is an Extra! Extra! For Girl Scout Leaders offered during this event at the same location. Extra! Extra! focuses on developmental characteristics, behavior and conflict management, girl-led planning, and award information. To register for this training, search the online event listing for the Extra! Extra! session that is taking place at the same time and location as this Intro event. Please have at least one adult with your girls who are attending the Intro event.
