Horse Camp for Troops: Introductory at Northwoods

Horses, horses and more horses! Troops learn the basics of horse grooming, equipment, anatomy, jobs, safety and care while enjoying horse tales. Each girl is assigned a horse and learns riding basics with 45 minutes of riding time. Traditional activities round out the weekend. Adults must attend but they do not ride.

Grade level refers to the girls’ grade in the upcoming school year.
