Extra! Extra! for Girl Scout Junior Leaders

Are you looking for a few more tricks to pull out of your sleeve to keep those Girl Scout Juniors excited, entertained, and engaged at their troop meetings and throughout the Girl Scout year? The 2-hour Extra! Extra! For Girl Scout Junior leader’s session will provide an opportunity for you to network with other Girl Scout Junior leaders while learning the developmental characteristics of Juniors, as well as behavior and conflict management techniques, democratic planning steps, and earned awards and Bronze Award process and ideas. This session is not required for being a Girl Scout leader but is particularly helpful when your girls are bridging to Juniors. Before attending, you should complete Leadership Essentials or have an understanding of the Girl Scouts Leadership Experience.
