Are You Ready to Party with Chloe + Halle Bailey?
On May 4, you and 11,000 girls will rock the Minnesota State Fairgrounds’ Grandstand to hit songs performed by Chloe and Halle Bailey, winner of Radio Disney’s Next Big Thing.
Bonus Concert Day Activities
In addition to the spectacular concert, you can check out interactive activities including a Wii Just Dance game at the Sam’s Club booth, photos with Phineas and Ferb at the Take Me Fishing! booth, tennis at the United State Tennis Association booth, games with Connections Academy and prizes at the Wells Fargo Cash Closet. You can also learn about Women in Engineering from our friends at Boston Scientific, make a lanyard–good for future discounts at the Water Park of America, create Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox puppets at the History Center booth, get “electric” with the National Electrical Contractors Association and learn the latest dance moves from experts from Just for Kix!
Three Rivers Park District will bring their rock climbing wall to the cookie concert. Girls wanting to climb, need to bring along this permission form signed by their parent or guardian. Be sure to also visit Girl Scout Camp for archery and Girl Scout Program for the hunger and poverty trivia.
You can also donate non-perishable food items for Feed the Need at the Grandstand. At the end of each concert we’ll announce how many pounds River Valleys has collected.

Girls who purchased a Party in a Bag for the National Cookie Sleepover are eligible to attend. The first 6,500 girls registered will receive passes to the first concert and girls registered after the 6,500 will receive passes to the second concert. To ensure the safety of girls for this event, each troop will also receive one adult pass for every three girls attending.
