Become the Leader You Were Born to Be
Connect with like-minded young women and work together to make a difference. Your voice matters. Become a Girl Scout Ambassador and speak out!
Ambassador Activities Include
- Earning Journey Awards that teach leadership skills
- Earning badges in health, cultural literacy, and more
- Overnight camps themed around horses, outdoor awareness or wilderness trips
- Growing as leaders at Counselor-in-Training camps
- Assist younger girls as a Youth Event Assistant
- Planning and taking trips to other cities, states, or countries
- Earning your Girl Scout Gold Award
- Career exploration
- Cookie Executive Officer program
- Council-wide Take Action project
- Other activities you choose and plan as a group
An Ambassador Will
- Explore and prepare for post-secondary education
- Take a leadership role within her community
- Build a support network
- Assume civic responsibility
- Become a positive role model for younger girls
- Have an adult mentor
Participate
