When will my order arrive?

We make every effort to deliver in-stock items within 10 business days after receiving your order.

 

How long will it take to receive a back-ordered item?

We do our best to process items as soon as they become available. It may take a matter of days or several weeks. Back orders are billed to your credit card when the order is placed so that items can be shipped just as soon as they become available.  All credit card information is destroyed after the initial order has been placed.

 

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated as shown in the table below:

Do I have to pay additional shipping costs for a back-ordered item?

No. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.


What shipping carriers does the Girl Scout Shop use?

The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. The availability of these carriers is determined by the customer’s shipping address and at the discretion of the Distribution Center .

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Can I Return an Item?

Within 90 days after receiving your shipment, you may return any eligible item.  Eligible items include all current items in original & unopened packaging with all tags attached and all parts included. Apparel items that have been worn will not be accepted for return even if the preceding criteria are met. For your protection, we recommend that you use United Parcel Service or insured Parcel Post, and wrap the package securely.


Returns must include a copy of your receipt with a notation indicating:

  • The exact nature of the problem
  • The corrective action you are requesting (refund or exchange)
  • Your daytime telephone and/or fax number

 

Refunds are issued based on the original form of payment and restrictions.

 

If you do not have your receipt, please indicate the name of the person who purchased the order on a separate piece of paper. Refund requests without a receipt are issued store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate for the lowest price offered on all eligible items.

 

Discontinued and “As-Is” merchandise may not be returned.

 

Are Shipping Fees Refundable?

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error.
