Please complete all of the information requested on the electronic registration form and submit it with full payment. Complete a separate form for each event.**Please note:

    1. Electronic registration is not real-time/live.

      • Registrations submitted electronically are processed along with those submitted by mail, fax, and in person.
      • Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
    2. Posted registration deadlines are firm.

      • Late registrations are not accepted.
      • If a program event fills to maximum capacity, registration will close even if the registration deadline has not passed.
      • If mailing the registration, postmark date does not count as meeting the registration deadline.
    3. A “Submission Receipt” is not a registration confirmation.

      • After submitting the electronic registration form, you will receive a Submission Receipt.
      • The Submission Receipt is simply a notification that your registration request has been submitted.
    4. Registrations not submitted electronically must be submitted to the Brooklyn Center Service Center only.

      • Do not submit registrations to any other River Valleys’ service center location.
    5. Registration will not be processed until payment information has been verified.

    6. A Registration “Confirmation Statement” will be mailed to you within two weeks.

      • The confirmation statement is the notification that you are registered in the program event.
      • Do not assume you are registered in a program event until you receive a confirmation statement.
      • If you are not registered in the program event (i.e., because the event is full or its registration deadline has passed),
        you will receive a notification letter and refund.
    7. If a program event does not fill to minimum capacity, it may be canceled.

      • If you are already registered in a program event that needs to be canceled due to low registration, you will be notified and offered alternatives.

Do not use the electronic registration form if…

  • You are using Cookie Credits as payment (you must mail in your registration form with the cookie credits, e.g., coupons).
  • You are requesting a Grant/s for Girls to help with payment (you must mail in your registration form with the grant application/s).   
  • You are using a check/money order as payment (you must mail in your registration form with the check/money order).

Registration cancellation must be received in writing 30 days prior to the event to be eligible for fee refund.
