The system is hosted by Girl Scouts of the USA and is used by other Girl Scout councils nationally. River Valleys has limited control over the system. We are continuing to work with GSUSA to make improvements.

How to register yourself or your girl for an event
- Go to the online registration system.
- If you have never done anything with River Valleys, you will need to create a profile.
- On the navigation bar on the left side of the screen, click “Adult Training & Events.”
- Follow the link according to the type of training you are looking for.
- If you can’t find the course you’re looking for, try using keywords from the course title in the “Search” tool in the top right corner.
- Click on title of course for a more detailed description.
- Click “Add to Cart” button on the bottom left.
- “Return to previous page” link or use the navigation menu on the left to continue searching
- When you are complete, click “Shopping Cart” on the navigation menu to return to shopping cart.
- Click “Check Out” on the bottom.
- Follow instructions to complete payment
Register your girl
- To register your girl for an activity, you must use her account.
- The first step is to ACTIVATE your girl’s account on our system using the girl’s name and e-mail. If your girl does not have an e-mail account, you can provide any valid e-mail account that you control.
- Once the child's account is activated, log in to your child's account.
- Find the program activity you are registering your child for and add it to the cart.
- Enter credit card payment information.
- Print receipt.

How to register your troop for an event
As a troop leader, you can register the members of your troop for any event in our online registration system. Just follow these steps:
- From the online registration homepage, choose whether you are a first-time visitor or returning visitor.
- If you are a first-time visitor, activate your account. You only need to do this once.
- If you are a returning visitor, log in using the ID and password you created when activating your account.
- Click "Troop Management."
- You must be listed as the troop leader in our system to see your troop information online.
- If you have multiple troops, select from the "My Troops" drop-down menu. Please contact us if your troop is not showing up.
- Select the members you wish to register.
- Choose "Purchase or Register for" from the Action drop-down menu.
- Find the Program and choose Add to Cart. Since registrations are live and on a first-come, first-served basis, please register all participants at the same time.
- Go to "Shopping Cart."
- Check out and enter payment information.
Event Confirmations
Check for additional confirmation materials for events that you are registered for.
