Juliettes are individually registered Girl Scouts who are not affiliated with a troop. Juliette participation in the Girl Scout Cookie Program Activity is similar to girls in troops
Juliette Cookie Manager
- Supervises one or more Juliettes’ Cookie Program activities just as a troop cookie manager would supervise a troop’s activities
- Can be a parent, guardian or another volunteer recruited by the service unit team
- Must be a registered adult Girl Scout member
- Must attend a troop cookie manager training led by the service unit cookie manager
The following Cookie Program Activity procedures are specific to Juliettes:
- Juliettes will be assigned a Juliette “troop” number for the purposes of the cookie program activity. This number will be used in eBudde, our cookie and recognition program tracking Website.
- Juliettes will deposit the full $3.50 per package sold into the council bank account. In place of troop proceeds, Juliettes will receive Juliette Proceed Credits. Juliette Proceed Credits can be redeemed for any Girl Scout Activity.
Juliettes can order cookies in one of two ways:
- Option 1: Full case option (same process as troops follow) – Juliette cookie manager places cookie order on eBudde, rounded up to full case. Juliette cookie manager will also choose their delivery site if options are listed in eBudde.
- Option2: Per package option – Juliette orders cookies by the package either from a service unit cookie cupboard or a regional cupboard. The cupboard manager includes the Juliette’s order on their cookie cupboard’s initial order. With this option, Juliettes do not place an initial order on eBudde and they pick up their cookies at the cupboard location instead of at a delivery site.
