Girl Scout Daisies are able to participate in the Cookie Program Activity by selling to friends and family (including neighbors). Troop leaders and parents/ guardians should help girls set goals that are program grade level appropriate and ensure a successful first experience with the Cookie Program Activity.
Parents/guardians should handle all money, but all order-taking and delivery should be done by girls with close adult supervision and consideration for the attention span and physical abilities of the girls. Individually registered Girl Scout Daisies cannot participate in the Cookie Program Activity. It is River Valleys practice that Girl Scout Daisies cannot conduct Cookie Booths.
For more information about your Girl Scout Daisy’s participation in the 2010 River Valleys Cookie Program Activity, contact your troop leader or e-mail productsales@girlscoutsrv.org.
Earning the Girl Scout Cookie Activity Pin
Girl Scout Daisies can earn the Girl Scout Cookie Activity Pin by participating in the recommended first or second year activities for Girl Scout Daisies. The activities are age-appropriate and introduce Daisies to the beloved Girl Scout tradition of cookie selling and service as a springboard for learning about running a business.
