Please join the Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys, in partnership with TDS Metrocom and Walser Automotive, as they strive to sell Girl Scout Cookies to send to every Minnesota National Guard serviceperson serving overseas.
Cookies sold by River Valleys Girl Scouts specifically for Troop to Troop: Cookie Connection, Thursday, March 20 through Saturday, March 22, will be shipped to the service people following the service project.
A kick-off for Troop to Troop: Cookie Connection will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 20 at Walser Toyota (4401 American Boulevard West, Bloomington, Minn.) where the public is welcome to sign a large banner to be sent overseas with the cookies. TDS Metrocom will also provide a live, real-time video connection with National Guard troops currently serving in Iraq.
Visit any of the Cookie Booths in your community during these three days to purchase cookies for the troops or to take home your favorites.
Stop by any of the Twin Cities area Walser Automotive Dealerships too! Purchase cookies and sign a banner to be sent to the troops. Cookie Booths held at the Walser Automotive Dealerships run noon to 6 p.m., Thursday – Saturday, March, 20-22 only.
