How to rent a facility
- Decide which facility you would like to reserve using facility details & availability chart to the right.
- Fill out and submit the reservation form up to 18 months in advance for Girl Scout members and 14 months in advance for non-members.
- Review and save the facility information to fully prepare yourself for your rental.
- You will receive a confirmation/billing statement via e-mail or mail within two weeks of submitting your reservation. Review final payment information carefully. Missing the final payment date will result in the release of your rental.
