Stuff to Bring
Use our packing lists to be sure that your Girl Scout brings everything she needs to our overnight, resident camps.
Essential Camp Forms
Bring all forms to camp or bus stop. Any forms sent ahead of time will be returned. Girls will not be able to get on the bus or stay at camp without these forms in hand.
|Camper Information Form||Required for all campers|
|Health History Form||Required for all campers
Attach a copy of your/her insurance card.
|Medication Information Form||Required for all campers|
|Resident Camp Physical Exam Form||For campers with ongoing health issues or issues that require continuous or specialist care.
Call the camp director at least two weeks in advance to discuss any specialized care that will be needed at camp.
All medication and vitamins sent with your camper to camp MUST be in original containers with their labels and/or prescription information in tact.
The health center has a supply of common over-the-counter medications, so it is not necessary to bring ones listed on the medication form.
The health supervisor will keep your child’s medications (including vitamins and ointments) in the health center during her stay at camp, and they will be with her staff if she is on a trip.
Immediately necessary items (i.e. inhalers, bee sting kits) will be kept with campers at all times as determined by the health supervisor and information you note on the health history form.
If your camper has specific health needs (i.e. injections, specialized equipment, dietary concerns) contact the Camp Director two weeks prior to your camper’s attendance.
