Lakamaga’s camp facilities include platform tents, year-round cabins, open-air screened cabins, two troop houses, shower facilities, a scenic waterfront, a sports field, an adventure course, an archery range, and an air-conditioned dining hall.
Wondering where you’ll sleep? No worries—we’ve got you covered. Younger campers stay in either open-air screened cabins, a cozy year-round cabin (with a front porch), or one of the troop houses. Older campers stay in cabins or platform tents. The tents are 12’ x 14’, and feature cots with mosquito netting. Counselors sleep in a separate cabin or tent near the campers.
Each cabin or tent unit has nearby latrines and wash sinks. A shower house with showers and flush toilets is centrally located in the camp. The main dining hall also has flush toilets.
