How to Sign Up

Visit our event listings to see all of our camp offerings, and follow the “online registration” link included in each listing to start signing up. You can also visit our registration site, eBiz, to search for events and register. If you prefer to register by mail, print and mail in our registration form.

You may pay the full amount or just the $50 deposit when you register. In that case, you will receive a billing statement by mail within two weeks of registering, and your final payment is due four weeks before camp starts.

Girl Scout Membership

You do not have to be a Girl Scout before registering for camp. Girls who are not yet members will pay an additional $15 when registering for camp to pay for the national membership dues. If you are registering for camp by paper, use our paper membership forms.

Camp With Friends

Make sure you and your friends register for the same session. After you have registered, e-mail the following information to registration@girlscoutsrv.org.

  1. Your name
  2. The camp session and dates you’ve registered for (e.g. Camp Elk River 4 Day Discovery 6/20/2013)
  3. Your buddy’s first and last name

Alternative Payments

If paying by check, Cookie Credits, Fall FUNds, Grants for Girls, or a combination thereof, you must download the registration form and submit your completed forms and proper payment by mail to:

Grants + Financial Assistance

If the total cost of camp is not affordable, you can request a grant to help with the cost. No proof of income is required, and requests are confidential. A $10 non-refundable deposit must accompany each registration requesting a grant.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations must be received at least four weeks prior to the camp session start date to receive a refund, less the non-refundable deposit.

If cancellation is due to a camper’s illness, medical reasons, or other unforeseen circumstance, your camp fees will be refunded, less the deposit. A doctor’s statement/official statement may be required.

All summer camp sessions are subject to cancellation or rescheduling. Any session that does not have sufficient enrollment may be cancelled. If a session is cancelled by River Valleys, and the camper is unable to attend an alternate session, all fees paid will be refunded, including the deposit.
